Easy Peach Crisp

Enjoy this mouth watering summer staple with your favorite ice cream. It’s a perfect choice for an easy but amazing desert for a party or a family get together!

Ingredients:

Filling Ingredients:
  • 12 cups peaches (About 17 medium sized peaches)
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • dash of salt
Crumble Topping
  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup butter (softened)

    Instructions:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Peal peaches and slice them into 9 by 13 pan.
    3. Combine other filling ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
    4. Pour filling ingredients over sliced peaches in the pan and stir until all the peaches are coated.
    5. Combine the topping crumble ingredients in a seperate bowl. I found that mixing up the crumble ingredients worked best with my hands, but if that’s not your style, use a large spoon.
    6. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peaches in the pan.
    7. Bake in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
