Crumble Topping
- 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup butter (softened)
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Peal peaches and slice them into 9 by 13 pan.
- Combine other filling ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
- Pour filling ingredients over sliced peaches in the pan and stir until all the peaches are coated.
- Combine the topping crumble ingredients in a seperate bowl. I found that mixing up the crumble ingredients worked best with my hands, but if that’s not your style, use a large spoon.
- Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peaches in the pan.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
